  • Mr. Grant and Family

We went back and forth trying to decide on the perfect “country” setting and we ended up at this location. It was perfect for what they wanted. A barn, huge trees, fences and a wonderful family that I was looking forward to seeing! Great to see y’all:)

  • Catching UP

Whew!! Three blog posts tonight and I’m feeling pretty good about that. I’ve been extremely busy the past several weeks and the blog is down on the priority list while I try and keep up with editing. In fact, the sneak peeks will probably start being pretty small. Hopefully not, but we’ll see. More to come tomorrow…

Another adorable little girl and her parents. She played shy for just a bit but then her smiles started coming out. It was great to meet you guys:)

  • K Family Pics 2012

It was great to meet up with this family again. It had been a year and little man has gotten quite a bit bigger but just as cute (if not more)!! Mom’s dad and sister joined in for some of the pictures, too. It was great seeing you guys again. Thanks for being so patient on your peek:)

  • Lil’ Miss Sassypants

My niece…one of the sassiest and most adorable 2-year-olds I know! Here’s some pics with her parents and also some from her 2-year-old session this past spring. Where do you go when you have a super fast little one that isn’t interested in taking pictures? A park where they have to slow down at some point to get on, off and play on the play structures:)

  • Sweet, Sassy & Incredibly Fun

Seriously love these girls! They are so much fun and totally play off of each other. I have just as many if not more pictures of their silliness and I adore them because they truly reflect their sweet & sassy personalities. I always have fun with you girlies…thanks for making me smile all throughout the session. Hope you enjoy your peek:)

  • It Must Be Me

I guess being outside for so many sessions over the year I’m bound to see some interesting creatures. A couple of weeks ago it was an alligator. I’ve seen a coyote, woodpeckers, snakes, a no-tailed squirrel that hopped like a bunny and last year when I was with this family we had this long-tailed friend.
Well, this year we did their session at the beach. Of course you might see fish and birds but as we were walking back towards our cars we saw a Man-O-War. I’ve never seen one in person but we decided that it must be me that attracts these odd sightings. It also kind of freaks me out to see one at the beach. You hear they’re there but now I KNOW they’re in that water!

  • Mr. Speedy & Lots of Family

This was their annual beach trip and I’m so glad that I got to document some of their time together. They are definitely some of the very sweetest people that I know and have worked with. It was fun watching all of the cousins together…especially when they got to run wild and play at the end! Thank you so much guys for a wonderful evening. I hope you enjoy your little peek from the beach;)

  • Attack of the Mosquitoes 2012

Such a nice family with 2 of the most adorable boys ever! Everything about the session went great except for the mosquitoes that made us their dinner. It was so bad that the dad left to go buy some insect repellant at a local gas station. I usually have some on hand but didn’t this time. It seems like every year there is at least one session where we get attacked by those annoying little blood suckers and this was definitely it.

Thanks for being such troopers in the heat and with the mosquitoes. It was wonderful meeting you guys!!

  • The H Family

This family just added their second boy and he looks just like his big brother did when we did his newborn shots. While little brother ate we took some time to get some pictures of Mr. P. There are several pictures that I took during the session where he was hamming it up for the camera. The last one on this blog post is one of those. While his parents were tending to little brother he jumped right in front of me with the biggest smile ever! Thanks for your cooperation Mr. P:)

    Hope y’all enjoy the peek!

  • Oh So Cute!

Love these girls! They are full of life and fun every single time I see them.
