This is definitely the busy time of year for business and I don’t have time to be sick! Unfortunately, I knew something was coming on during this past week and was in full force for several days. I had to postpone some sessions and had to also miss my husband dancing with my daughter during her drill team halftime performance Friday night. I was so bummed about that!! Thanks to my sister-in-law who taped their performance! Seeing it that way is better than nothing!
I spent today catching up on editing some sessions and blogging and there will be a Part 2 coming tomorrow. I’ll also tackle the growing emails and calls!

I finally got to meet Miss E after having to reschedule many times. Her poor mom had some health issues come up, Miss E got a little sick and I was even sick one week. When we did meet up she was still pretty little and sweet as can be! I am sooooo glad that it worked out and pretty darn happy that I get to see her again tomorrow for a quick mini session:)

We met up for a family session and they were great. Their girls are at the perfect age for posing and having fun with it. No bribing needed for girls that age:) Great to meet you guys!

This gorgeous momma does photography herself. I think life is pretty busy right now for her though and she’s not able to do as much as before. I loved the clothes that she picked for everyone and especially loved the accessories! Such a beautiful family:-)

It had been 2 years since I had seen this family and their kiddos sure have grown! It was great to see them and catch up.

Honored that I get to watch families grow. Just like this one. I’ve seen them go from a family of 3 to now a family of 5 and it’s so special to see the personalities develop of the little ones. Their oldest is still so sweet and good-natured. He is such a helper and does everything that we ask him to do. Their middle child is a big ol’ walking smile. She is the definition of happy and just as cute as can be. She could put me in the best mood just by editing her pictures. Their new baby girl was pretty easy going, too. I think she loved it outdoors.
You guys are wonderful and it is ALWAYS a pleasure to see you. Thanks for letting me be there to document your growing family!

Such a princess with a major love of rocks and sticks! I almost edited the gravel off of her legs in the first picture but decided against it because she was having such a great time playing and gathering rocks to keep. It’s so her at this time in her life. Her sweet brother has grown so much and most of his curls are gone but he’s just as adorable as ever. Loved seeing you guys again for 2013:-)

Mr. S is quite charming. Any baby that will leave a hat on and smile at the same time really knows how to charm his family and the photographer. He is such a happy baby with a family that absolutely adores him!!
